SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Carsho. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES

- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–18 business days

Shipping times begin once your order has been processed and dispatched. They do not include the 1–3 day processing window.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping is available on orders over $100.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime through the link in your account.

If you don't see tracking updates within 3–5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us — sometimes carrier scans take a moment to register.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

We ship every order double-boxed to protect your diorama in transit. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement — no questions asked.

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to locate it.

DELAYS

Occasionally, factors outside our control (weather, customs delays, carrier issues) can extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you updated.
